This ibis (or stork?) continues to show up hungry. His head freaks me out. Have you ever seen a bird like this?

You are correct, this is a Wood Stork. The older the stork gets, the more it's neck and head look like bark. It takes about 2 years for the neck and head to lose it's feathers, so this is an older adult.

These are an Endangered Species....
